Product Support Services: In this you are entitled to one year of support services related to the product only and are renewable every year. Prudence Technology provides you with upgrades, re-installation services, support on user issues and bug fixes free of charge during the continuance of the AMC and support services. Services like consultation, ERP support with new development like Report, dashboard and other customization of the product for specific needs is not included in the AMC. Implementation Support Services: In this you are entitled to one year of support for the services provided during implementation and are renewable every year. Prudence Technology provides you with upgrades and bug fixes free of charge during the continuance of the AMC. Also amendment under the existing reports is also included. These amendments are user field inclusion or deletion. Incorporation of new business logics are not considered to be the part of the support services. Our unique support services come with Train the Trainer concept where Prudence believes in training the single person who can further manage the users FAQ. This makes our client independent and work more easily. Training Support Services: We also provide training support along with implementation. For end-users who wish to customize reports and dashboards in NAVCUBE BI. For ISVs and OEM partners we conduct detailed training wherein the product features and technical architecture is covered in details to enable customization within NAVCUBE BI. Through our collaborative tools our team is equipped with a strong networking backend which allows us to provide web based training using audio and visual aids.
